This Pricing Disclaimer applies to all service prices published by Generations Hair Salon (Fuggle Generations Pty Ltd, ABN 71 698 910 691) on our website, price list, booking platform, social media, and other promotional materials.
1. 'From' Pricing
All prices are 'from' prices. The price shown for each service is the starting rate for that service with our senior stylist, based on a standard hair length and thickness. Your actual price is confirmed at consultation or at the commencement of your appointment.
Pricing may vary based on:
The length of your hair - short, medium, long, or extra long
The thickness or density of your hair
The current condition of your hair and any previous chemical treatments
The complexity of the service required to achieve your desired result
The amount of product required
Any additional services added during your appointment
2. Consultation
We encourage all new clients, and any client considering a significant colour change, correction, or chemical treatment, to book a complimentary consultation before their first appointment. A consultation allows your stylist to assess your hair and provide an accurate price estimate before any work begins.

3. Long and Thick Hair Surcharge
Hair that is extra long (below mid-back) or exceptionally thick may incur an additional surcharge, typically in the range of $15–$75 depending on the service and the additional product and time required. Your stylist will advise you of any surcharge before commencing your service.
4. Colour and Chemical Services
Colour service prices are particularly subject to variation. If your hair requires additional preparation, pre-treatment, or multiple applications to achieve the desired result, additional charges may apply. Your stylist will always advise you before proceeding.
5. GST
All prices are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the current rate of 10%.
6. Price Reviews
Prices are reviewed annually and are subject to change without notice. We will always confirm the current price of your service at or before the time of your appointment.
7. No Discounting
Generations Hair Salon maintains consistent pricing and does not offer discounts on individual services. Our pricing reflects the skill, time, and professional-grade products invested in every service. Group and formal bookings of 4 or more people may be eligible for a group incentive - please refer to our Group Booking Terms for details.
8. Deposits and Payment
A deposit is required to secure certain appointments. Please refer to our Booking Terms and Conditions for full details.
9. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this Pricing Disclaimer limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)).
