Independent stylists who rent chairs at our salon operate as separate businesses and manage their own client records. If you book directly with a chair renter at our premises, your information is held by that stylist, not by Generations Hair Salon.

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, loss, or unauthorised access. Your information is stored within Timely's secure platform. Payment information is processed through encrypted systems and we do not retain card details.

7. Retention of Information

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and meet our legal obligations. Colour formula and service history records are retained for a minimum of 7 years for clinical safety and compliance purposes.
